- solarium/terrace with lake view, equipped with tables, outdoor lounge area and deckchairs (opening hours: 09:00-23:00)
- fitness room with Technogym equipment including treadmill, cross-trainer, exercise bike and wall bars (opening hours: 09:00-20:30);
- access to the private SPA with sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, sensory shower and relaxation area/tea room from 4 pm to 8 pm (the access refers to max 2 persons at any one time, 1h occupancy, which must be planned in advance. Guests using the facility will also be required to read and sign the "Usage request form");
- parking spaces on the Villa's premises, unguarded (total 5 spaces )
- wi-fi available in rooms and communal areas.

The following services (paid separately) have not been requested and are excluded:

- city tax: the room rate indicated in the offer does not include the city tax envisaged by specific City Council Resolutions in force. The city tax applied amounts to EUR 1.00 per person per day (excluding children under 14 years of age).
- extra bed for children aged 0-3 years (EUR 15 to be booked in advance, for certain rooms only);
- extra bed/sofa bed (EUR 35 per person) only for rooms that can sleep 3 or 4, i.e. (maximum capacity of the villa: 25 beds):

· Room 13, Suite = sleeps max 4 persons;

We have 3 double rooms, 1 single room and one double Darsena suite. Max capacity is 9 adults + 1 kid up to 12 years old. We have an amazing lakefront garden that could host an amazing symbolic ceremony and dinner. Moreover based on numbers of guests the ceremony could be also planned in our Darsena suite that has an amazing view .
The Villa is located nearby several hotels that collaborates with us that you can easily reach within 3 to 5 minutes by boat. We are located right in front of Villa D'Este that could be easily reach in 7 minutes by boat. A taxi boat dock is right next to the villa.
